Australia's best sporting venue (Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre) and Australia's best basketball people have joined forces to introduce THE MSAC BASKETBALL ACADEMY

The MSAC BASKETBALL ACADEMY provides a host of skill development programs that address the needs of representative players.

Session times are Monday, Tuesday & Friday 6:30a.m.-7:30a.m.Nigel coaching

The MSAC BASKETBALL ACADEMY will give advanced players an opportunity to work on specific, individual target areas and Nick.coachingimprove their skill level in:

  • Shooting
  • Ball-handling
  • Foot-work
  • Fitness
  • Athleticism
  • One on One moves
  • Team concepts
  • Defence


Programs are carefully designed and planned to incorporate a good balance of fitness, fun and instruction. Each session is goal oriented and conducted at a high level of intensity.

Sessions are conducted by certified, experienced and responsible coaches. These coaches have been and/or are currently still coaching at a high level in Australia and overseas. For those participants who are looking to play college basketball in the United States of America, we are happy to use our experience and connections with USA schools to help with the preparation and pathways to finding the right school for you.
