Advanced Camp

advance The MSAC Basketball Advanced Camps are designed for Under 12, 14, 16 & 18 boys and girls who are playing at a representative or 'A' Grade Domestic level. The advanced camps may include advanced drills, strength and conditioning and video sessions.

More specific principles of the game are presented in an environment of tuition and practical application. Participants are encouraged to format personal pathways that will promote their development and growth within the sport. All advanced camps are conducted by qualified, committed and verified coaches who have been issued with Working with Children Certificates.

Andrew Gaze, the doyen of Australian Basketball, Nigel Purchase, NBL legend and Melbourne Tigers stalwart and Nick Abdicevic, one of Australia's leading junior development coaches have developed the MSAC Basketball Advanced Camps as unique, high quality and professional events, essential to every young basketballer's growth within the sport.

UPCOMING ADVANCED CAMPS

The MSAC Basketball December & January camps for 11-16 year old representative players (boys & girls) will be hosted at the Oakleigh Recreation Centre. Home of the Melbourne Tigers club, camps at the Oakleigh Rec centre will give representative players the opportunity to get ready for the 2012 season. Under 18 State coach Nick Abdicevic will put campers through a rigorous, high intensity program designed to prepare players for their upcoming rep seasons. Positions limited, get in early.
